Provence Wight (Softneck) â 2 Bulbs â A superb variety which produces large bulbs that, in some cases, can approach the size of Elephant Garlic! The fat and juicy cloves have a delicious flavour and are superb roasted.
Kingsland Wight (Hardneck) â 2 Bulbs â A beautiful white hardneck with purple cloves, a Creole type and one of the very finest strong and spicy tasting varieties we have tried for a while. Creoles are highly regarded for both their delicious rich flavour and good keeping qualities.
Elephant Garlic â 6 Cloves â Not quite a âtrue garlicâ but can be treated as such, with huge bulbs up to 15cm (6in) across! The large and juicy cloves have a mild, sweet flavour and are lovely when roasted. Highly ornamental too, with beautiful flower heads up to 1.5m (5ft) tall.
